While I generally do not offer returns or exchanges, I understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. In the case of damages incurred during shipping, please first reach out to the carrier to file a claim, as they are responsible for handling such issues. Please inform me within 24 hours of receiving your package about the damage and the steps you’ve taken with the carrier.
